Mindfulness and Meditation Retreats
Mindful self-care and wellbeing is a practice that involves knowing what is good for our mind, body and relationships. Mindfulness Retreats can help us to become more aware of our needs and strengths and how to communicate them to others.
Mindfulness Retreats is a way to cultivate being kind to yourself. As a result, you are in a better position to express kindness and empathy to others and the world around you.
I am fully committed to daily activities that promote wellbeing and clarity of mind: strong friendships, yoga, mindfulness meditation, long mindful walks, spending time in nature. I love to share the benefits of Mindfulness and meditation with others through the different therapy services I offer and the mindfulness retreats that I facilitate.
Mindfulness retreats promote courage, connection and compassion in approaching yourself, relationships and life at large. Mindfulness is the vehicle I use to connect with my clients in therapy and counselling in combination with many other modalities I have trained.
I offer online, and in-person Mindfulness Meditation Retreats to individuals, families, couples and polyamorous relationships, groups and work teams. Each Mindfulness meditation retreat focuses on different themes, such as grief, inner wisdom, breathing and relaxation techniques, anxiety, stress, vicarious trauma, life transitions and purpose, connecting with nature, etc.
